Is the price I see under each picture for one item, or for the amount in the picture?

The prices listed are for one bar of soap, bath bomb, or bubble bar, unless otherwise indicated in the description. For example, we generally sell our bubble scoops in groups of two or 3. We often show multiple products in our pictures to highlight the variations associated with our artisan products.

How do I purchase the soaps I saw you make on YouTube?

Soaps are added to the website every by the first and 15th of every month (at least that's my goal! I'll update this if the frequency changes.) If the soap is not ready yet, it will be noted that it is curing - but you can order it and we'll send it when it's ready! Many of our soaps are individual creations without plans to re-make the same design. Therefore when they sell out, they are gone. However, if you see a design that you love and want to request that Nectaria make that design again, please use the "Contact Us" option to request specific designs. Nectaria will aim to accommodate these kinds of requests whenever possible.

Do you ship worldwide?

At this time we only ship our cosmetics (soaps, bath bombs, bubble bath, etc) to Canada (through soapfistication.ca) and the US (through soapfistication.com). If you are in a different country, please let us know and we can research whether or not we can add your country to our shipping destinations. Because countries have different regulations for cosmetics, we cannot ship to certain countries. We are working on expanding our shipping availability for our bath bomb molds and tools outside of the US and Canada. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for any duties and/or taxes if your country becomes available as a shipping destination.

I entered the wrong address in my order! Can you send me a replacement?

As the buyer, it is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct. If a mistake has been made, notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible. If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected.

How long can I wait to use your artisinal soaps?

We recommend you use our products within 6 months for the best results, as the color and fragrances may begin to fade after that amount of time. However, our soaps will still get you clean even after the fragrance and colors are gone! Either way, we are glad you are using the soaps - we intend for them to be used, not part of decades-long decor.

When will new soaps and bath bombs become available?

We release our products in batches as they are ready. At this time, our plan is to release soaps on the first Saturday of every month. Mark your calendars - most of our designs are not made again once they are sold out!

How long does it take for you to ship my bath bomb molds/tools?

We print our bath bomb molds and tools to order, with the goal of completing and shipping your order within 2 weeks. When your oirder is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so that you can follow the journey of your delivery.
